Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (this does not include shipping time).

Because most items are made to order and many are handmade, this processing time allows me to ensure each piece is carefully crafted, properly packaged, and meets a high standard of quality before it leaves my studio.

As a small, one-woman business, I truly appreciate your patience and support. Thank you for valuing handmade work.

Glass Straw Disclaimer

Glass straws are intended as a reusable alternative to plastic straws and are sold for that purpose.

Each straw is carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure it is free of defects. No items are intentionally shipped damaged.

If your glass straw arrives broken due to shipping, please do not use it. Contact me right away (bymistylea@gmail.com), and I will be happy to help with a replacement.

Please note: As with any glass product, careful inspection before use is strongly recommended. I am not liable for injury or damage resulting from the use of a product that has been damaged after arrival or used improperly.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider.

I am not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused during transit. However, I am always happy to help guide you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and carrier pricing.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, shipping costs will not be refunded. If you would like the order reshipped, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Damaged Items

I take great care in packaging all orders securely to minimize the risk of damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me at bymistylea@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. I will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.

If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.
