We do not accept refunds or returns on items at this time. This is to ensure the quality of our items and for sanitary purposes. As soon as your order is placed, inventory for custom apparel is ordered, and glassware and mug rugs are made by hand. By placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions with consideration to the production of the items you have ordered, and accept that all sales are final. This is due to the nature that most items available are handmade and custom to the purchaser.
